videoCloud is your single point of contact to schedule, coordinate, and conduct successful end-to-end multipoint conferences. You can schedule your calls via telephone or email anytime. By using our managed, multipoint conferencing services, videoCloud customers can utilize our Multipoint Control Units (MCUs, which are also known as "bridges") to facilitate high definition (HD) video conference meetings with more than two locations at the same time. With our managed multipoint conferencing service, virtually anyone can participate on a video call together, including:
- Other videoCloud enabled locations and laptop users
- Geographically unlimited locations in Canada, United States and around the world
- Non-videoCloud video locations using legacy ISDN technology
All sites are pre-registered and tested to avoid any compatibility issues on the day. We will guide you through the whole process. From a simple link up of 3 different offices to an 8 hour 6 site link with a power point presentation and Q & A sessions, we will ensure you get the best out of your event.
